Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) are the acronym for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises. A microbusiness is defined as a company with sales of less than five crores and an investment of less than one crore in plant, machinery, and equipment. A small business is defined as one with a turnover of fewer than fifty crores and an investment in plant, machinery, and equipment of fewer than ten crores. A medium-sized business is defined as one with a plant, machinery, and equipment investment of fewer than fifty crores and a turnover of fewer than 250 crores.
Go to the home page and click the “For New Entrepreneurs who are Not Registered as MSME” button to register as a new entrepreneur. Click the option “For those who have already registered as an EM-II or UAM” if you have already registered as an EM-II or UAM.
When the button “For New Entrepreneurs who have not yet Registered as MSME” is pressed, the registration page appears. Fill in the entrepreneur’s Aadhaar number and name in the fields provided on the website, then click the “Validate & Generate OTP” button to complete the registration.
After clicking this button, you’ll be prompted to enter your PAN card information, and your registration will be complete once you’ve verified your PAN card and completed the udyam registration form. If an entrepreneur does not have a PAN card, he or she can finish the process by filling out the udyam registration form.
When you click the button that says “For those who have registered as EM-II or UAM,” you’ll be taken to the registration page. When registering, a person must enter their Udyog Aadhaar number and select the OTP option. The UAM specifies that OTP can be received via cell phone or email as an alternative.
After you’ve selected your OTP selections, click the “Validate & Generate OTP” button. Fill out the registration information after entering the OTP, and your udyam registration will be complete.
Registration Procedures Instructions
On the portal, the registration process is described in detail. It’s in the form of points at the portal’s bottom of the page. These points explain how to fill out the registration form as well as how to fill out Aadhaar information by a partnership firm, company, society, or trust.
No corporation can have more than one Udyam Registration, according to the law. Anyone who misrepresents or seeks to conceal facts is subject to the Act’s penalties. It also includes pointers for companies that are already EM-II or UAM-registered.

Certificate to be printed
Once you’ve received your Registration Number, click this link on the main page to get to the website where you can print your Udyam Registration Certificate. Directions for receiving the certificate can be found on the right side of the page. Fill in the Registration Number in the first column on the left side of the page. The following step is to select an OTP option. You can receive an OTP on your phone or via email using the application.

After you’ve selected your OTP selections, click the “Validate & Generate OTP” button. The OTP is delivered to the address indicated in the selection. After entering OTP in the OTP column, click the “Validate & Print button.” After you’ve verified your OTP, the page will instantly send you to the Print Certificate page, where you can print your certificate.
