What is aadhaar udyog registration?

Udyog aadhaar registration is essentially a one page online micro, small and medium enterprise registration. Micro, small and medium enterprise can register for udyog aadhaar by self declaring in the udyog aadhaar memorandum and no extra documentation is required. Micro, small and medium enterprise are also exempt from paying any fees and are allowed to file multiple udyog aadhaar with the same aadhaar number.

The procedure for applying for an udyog aadhaar online.

To register for an micro, small and medium enterprise, go to the government portal.

The ministry of micro, small and medium enterprise launched an online site to enhance ease of doing business. Linking to the portal is the initial step in registering as a micro, small and medium enterprise under udyog aadhaar.

Individual aadhaar numbers are entered.

The individual must just input the twelve digit aadhaar number assigned to him in the website required area.

As previously established the dominant partner in a partnership firm must furnish his aadhaar number when applying for micro, small and medium enterprise registration.

In the event of a company the authorized signatory who applies for micro, small and medium enterprise registration on the company behalf must also supply his aadhaar number.

Entrepreneur full name.

In this area the applicant whose aadhaar number is supplied in the space above must submit his name.

He must be careful when filling up this form since the name on the aadhaar card issued by the unique identification authority of india must exactly match the name on the form.

He will be unable to continue filling out the form if the name provided does not match the name on the aadhaar card.

Aadhaar verification.

After you have entered the above information you will see a button below that says verify and generate one time password. By selecting this option the applicant will be able to validate his aadhaar number and continue filling out the form.

It is important to remember that a one time password will be produced and sent to the applicant unique identification authority of india registered mobile phone. If the applicant mobile number has not yet been registered with the unique identification authority of india, he must follow the directions in the pop up that appears.

After the one time password has been generated the applicant must complete and submit the application form.

The udyog aadhaar form must be submitted.

All the candidate needs to do now is press the submit button. This will generate a one time password that will be sent to the cell phone number associated with your aadhaar card. Enter the one time password you were received. Then submit the form after inputting the captcha code.

The procedure for registering for an udyog aadhaar is done offline.

Firstly if the applicant and authorized signatory does not have an aadhaar number they must register for one.

The udyog aadhaar number registration shall be filed on behalf of such a business organization by the appropriate district interface center and micro, small and medium enterprise development institute till the aadhaar becomes available to the applicant.

The candidate must personally fill out the form.

Once completed, the form must be submitted to the district interface center and micro, small and medium enterprise development institute.

When the applicant submits the form he will receive confirmation that it was received successfully.

In addition the applicant will obtain his udyog aadhaar number on a certificate sent to him via email.
